How can we assist you?

We provide a simplified process aimed at transitioning you out of debt. We assist in developing a repayment plan that is affordable and easy to maintain for the remaining repayment period without adding any additional financial strain.

If you are unable to pay, we assist you to make payment arrangements with your creditors.
If you have no intention to pay because you have a dispute with your creditor (perhaps about the amount, the product / service or contract terms) we will mediate between you and your creditor.
If need be, we will refer you to our reputable debt counseling network.

Do you wish to continue your relationship with your creditor after your debt-related problem is resolved, mediation is your answer.

About ADR.

In terms of the National Credit Act 34 of 2005, an Alternative Dispute Resolution Agent “means a person providing services to assist in the resolution of consumer credit disputes through conciliation, mediation, or arbitration.”
Mediation is a decision-making process in which the parties are assisted by a third person, the mediator, who attempts to improve the process of decision-making to assist the parties in reaching a decision to which each of them can live with.
